One Service Credit equals $1,000 of Industrial Resolution engagement value. Credits are consumed on a time-and-materials basis, covering approximately 4 to 7 hours of certified Elastic engineering effort depending on task complexity.
Each tier starts at the listed minimum, but the right number of credits for your environment depends on its size and complexity. The minimum is the floor, not the ceiling.
Monthly subscription credits are designed to be used within the billing period. Credits billed in a given month are forfeited if unused beyond six months. Project Escrow Credits are different and remain reserved until contract termination.
The tiers are about the level of personalized attention, account management, and dedicated service you receive, not restrictions on how you use your flexible credits.
Yes. You can permanently increase your monthly subscription during the contract term. Subscriptions cannot be reduced mid-term.
