Company Description
Industrial Resolution is a custom software development company that partners with innovative organizations who want to accelerate their business through technology. Our software and our solutions are known for being daring, accurate, professional, and innovative.
We excel in 4 primary service areas:
We architect and deliver custom built software, web, and mobile applications across all forms and scales.
We ensure the integration of all applications into other critical hardware and software components.
We enable data analytics, including business intelligence, web/application search, and application performance monitoring.
We provide staff augmentation and ongoing support for customers who may have their own strong technical resources but can’t or don’t want to hire additional in-house staff.
What makes us unique is our people and proven process that delivers unparalleled commitment to quality, communication, and trust.
Company Culture
Industrial Resolution prides itself as an employee first company. What that means is that the whole company works to create a culture that values growth and learning so that this could be a place you can make a career. We want this to be a place you can bring your best ideas and have them grow into something great.
Also we like to do fun things together. Our office shares a building with an Irish pub and event space in the heart of downtown Lancaster. There are amazing places to eat just a few steps from our office.
However we also thrive in remote. This is definitely a hybrid culture. Our office is awesome but many people spend time in their well equipped home offices. We live in Slack, Zoom and all the collaboration platforms as a way of life. We’ve been doing this for years, not just as a result of the pandemic. We’ve had team members as far south as Brazil at times. However we love having a good time together as a team.
